- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
- Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
- Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
- Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
