What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills to children using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Collect accurate data to track client progress and celebrate every success — big or small!
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent, positive outcomes.

Qualifications
- Age requirements: a minimum of 18 yrs old
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with children.
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to helping others succeed.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Passing a criminal background check is required.
