Our food and beverage team supports a wide range of events throughout the season, including golf tournaments, bridal and baby showers, corporate outings, leagues, and private functions. We are seeking professional and dependable banquet servers to help deliver exceptional service at both club-hosted and contracted events. Position OverviewBanquet Servers are responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service during tournaments, outings, weddings, and special events. This role requires professionalism, strong teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced event environment while ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Part time and seasonal positions available.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up banquet rooms, dining areas, and outdoor event spaces prior to eventsServe plated meals, buffets, and beverages in a professional and timely mannerProvide attentive service to guests during events and tournamentsMaintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout eventsAssist with clearing tables, resetting areas, and event breakdownCoordinate with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth serviceFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintain a polished and professional appearance during events Other Tasks as assigned by ManagementRequirements:QualificationsPrior banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentProfessional appearance and demeanorFlexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
