Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD, providing direct ABA therapy to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, supporting skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living, and reinforcing positive behaviors in home and community settings. The role involves collecting accurate behavior and skill acquisition data, documenting session notes, and sharing observations with the clinical team to inform ongoing treatment. Behavioral Health Technicians collaborate with caregivers to model strategies, support generalization of skills, and promote consistent implementation of techniques. Qualifications
- Behavior analysis and applied behavior analysis skills, including the ability to understand and implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans.

- Foundational knowledge of psychology and child development to support behavior interpretation and skill-building.
- Experience or training in behavioral intervention, de-escalation, and reinforcement strategies in home or community settings.
