Role Description The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for implementing ABA-based treatment plans with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions. Day-to-day activities include providing one-to-one behavioral interventions, teaching communication and social skills, collecting and documenting data, and following protocols developed by supervising clinicians. The role involves collaborating with caregivers, educators, and clinical staff to support consistent implementation of strategies across clinic, school, home, and community settings. This is a contract, hybrid role based in Baltimore, MD, with a mix of on-site sessions and some work-from-home tasks such as documentation, training, and virtual team meetings. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis for implementing treatment plans and interventions.
