ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Process and follow up sales orders submitted by Account Manager until shipment and invoice done via CRM and EPR; create quotation and order, send PI and other necessary sales document to customers; and archive sales document regularly.
2. Process and follow up after-sales RMA case from until shipment and invoice done via CRM and ERP.
3. Register sales ledger and create sales analysis report.
4. Guide Account Managers to use CRM and ERP. Participate designated office system maintenance, find and raise system defect, and complete new function testing.
5. Assist in sorting out and optimizing working process and complete Standard Operating Procedure.
6. Responsible for management of designated products required by sales orders, demo unit loan management.
7. Other duties assigned from supervisor. Support headquarter when needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Management/communication or other related majors.
2. More than 1 years working experience in business management or other similar role.
3. Familiar with sales management system, proficient in various office skills, proficient in Excel.
4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
5. Strong sense of teamwork, responsibility and strong pressure resistance.
6. Excellent Chinese expression and writing skills is preferred.
