We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Marketing to lead our North American marketing initiatives for our cutting-edge dental technology portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving regional market penetration, brand leadership, and product commercialization through strategic planning, channel partner alignment, and cross-functional team leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Regional Market Strategy & Execution
● Develop and oversee the North American market strategy, including annual marketing plans, tactical execution, and performance monitoring.
● Ensure alignment with global corporate objectives while addressing regional market dynamics and customer needs.
2. Channel Partner Marketing Enablement
● Serve as the primary marketing liaison to North American distributors and channel partners.
● Provide strategic marketing support, training, and communication to ensure consistent product positioning, brand messaging, and campaign execution across all partner touchpoints.
3. Global & Regional Product Launch Leadership
● Lead the regional rollout of new products, adapting global launch plans to local market requirements.
● Collaborate with global product marketing teams to ensure timely and impactful product introductions in North America.
4. Team Leadership & Development
● Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team including:
○ Senior Event Specialist
○ Visual & Video Content Designer
○ Partner & KOL Marketing Manager
● Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field .
● 8 years of progressive marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
● Proven track record in regional marketing strategy, channel partner management, and product commercialization.
● Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
● Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
