ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Break down annual sales targets into quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans to drive consistent performance.
- Execute sales activities in alignment with company strategy to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Identify, develop, and manage new sales channels while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Explore new application markets in line with product innovation and market trends.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver effective after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
- Support the planning and execution of customer-facing marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Contribute customer application cases and success stories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of relevant sales experience, with strengths in channel development, marketing, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Background in consumer goods or electronics sales; experience with 3D printers or 3D scanners is a strong advantage.
- Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset, clear thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude.
