What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech II position at Shineforth?

What we are looking for:
A Maintenance Tech to perform a variety of routine, skilled and unskilled building, fleet and grounds maintenance tasks. Complete individual work orders or functions as part of a project group. Painting, drywall, trim and residential type repair and renovation, etc.
What you will need:
High School diploma, relevant experience, reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. Compensation based on experience and knowledge for this full time position.
