About The Job
- Checking and repair equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic pressure and high-tech machines.
- Have a clear picture of the status of the equipment in his charge and initiate the spare parts requisition in advance according to the status of equipment.
- Be responsible for regular maintenance of such equipment as is in his charge, direct the operators in daily maintenance and service of the equipment.
- Check the equipment in charge, timely find problems, check and deal with equipment faults, and eliminate equipment hidden dangers.
- Assist the maintenance related to special equipment (such as crane forklift, pressure vessel).
- Clean tools, preventive maintenance on tools like pressing tools, cutting tools etc.
- Execute production work according to ALPS standard and participate in continuously improvements.
