Job Description:
Client Service Specialist (Licensed)
- The Client Service Specialist plays a critical role in delivering a seamless, high-touch client experience. This position is responsible for managing complex service requests, executing account activity accurately and efficiently, and proactively supporting advisors and clients.
- This is a licensed service role requiring financial services experience, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently while contributing to a collaborative service team. The ideal candidate takes ownership, anticipates needs, and consistently delivers reliable, “wow-level” service.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client calls and emails, including complex or time-sensitive requests
- Provide clear, accurate responses and coordinate with advisors or specialists as needed
Post-Meeting Execution
- Own follow-up from client meetings, ensuring all action items are completed accurately and on time
- Process paperwork, confirm resolutions, provide education, and finalize business
Account Administration
- Execute trades and manage money movement transactions
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all account servicing activities
Client Experience Enhancement
- Identify and help execute exceptional client service moments that exceed expectations
Project & Process Support
- Lead and execute service-related projects that support firm initiatives
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of financial services or client service experience
- Active Series 7 and SIE; Series 63 or Series 66
- Understanding of account servicing, trades, and money movements
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred
- Life, Accident & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
