We are seeking a hardworking and customer-focused Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are cleaned efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role involves operating car wash equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Guide customers into the car wash and explain available services.
- Operate car wash machinery and ensure proper function.
- Inspect vehicles before and after washing to ensure quality service.
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, or membership sales.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, including vacuum stations and waiting areas.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
Requirements:
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions in outdoors.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality service.
- Customer service skills to interact politely and helpfully with customers.
- Team player attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Atleast one year of experience in car washing or sales is required.
