Night Shift Maintenance Technician
Full-Time | Night Shift | Shift Differential Pay Included
Shine Bros. Corp. is a family-owned company with over 120 years of success, and we’re looking for a skilled and dependable Night Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to keeping our production equipment running safely and efficiently.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 6:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.
Pay:
- Starting at $18.75/hour night shift differential
- Pay based on experience and skill level
What You’ll Do
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors and related systems
- Lubricate, grease, and service machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Assist with equipment upgrades and breakdown repairs as needed
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Complete other maintenance duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to weld, grease, and oil machinery
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, wire feed preferred; arc welding a plus)
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy items frequently and perform physical tasks
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team during night shift hours
