Shine Bros. Corp. is now seeking a full-time Office Associate with excellent customer service skills, math proficiency, and computer literacy. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, be a self-motivator and excellent multi-tasker, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Cross train in the office
- Handle customer phone calls and walk-in traffic in a busy environment
- Coordinate with our truck drivers and assistants
- Set up customer contracts, process invoices, transfer documents and perform data entry into proprietary company systems
- Handle direct payments
- Answer & process incoming phone calls
- Maintain a full understanding of company products and services
- Work with sensitive material and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Provide clear office communication with manager, employees, and patrons
- Go outside as needed to verify incoming customer loads
- Filing
- Perform misc. office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Office: 1 Year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong math skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment
Ideal candidate will have 2-year degree or relevant office experience, proficient with data entry and have the ability to multi-task. Interpersonal communication, excellent telephone skills, math, and Microsoft Office are required. Applicant should be detail oriented, ability to work as a team, strong organizational skills. Must be dependable and motivated to learn.
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
