Part-time and Full-time Positions Available
MUST be able to PASS FBI Criminal Background Check
Monday - Sunday (Work Available)
MUST have prior Cleaning/Janitorial experience.
MUST be VERY Detailed
MUST be able to work with no supervision
Ideal candidates would:
- Perform cleaning duties according to schedule (daily, weekly,monthly, annually)
- Maintain equipment and materials in a clean and orderly condition.
- Report any broken fixtures or equipment to the Supervisor.
- Interact with staff in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.
- Sweep, dust, mop (dry and wet) all floors and stairways; vacuum floors, rugs, carpets, and runners. Rotate runners in hallways and entryways. Spot clean carpet as necessary.
- Clean, sanitize, and polish lavatories, partitions, sinks, showers, tubs, sink fixtures, locker rooms and facilities.
Wipe and dust All appliances, All file cabinets, Desk Overheads, All office Equipment and Exercise Equipment.
- Dust, sanitize, and hand clean all furniture; all glass, vents, exhale fans, hand rails, stair cases, picture frames and lamps;clean and polish glass surfaces, door frames, elevators, woodwork, baseboards, crown molding, walls, vendor machines,and window frames and sills.
- Scrub bathroom tiles, woodwork, window frames and sills.
Must be able to lift 30lbs trash bags
- Stripping and Waxing floor (not a must)
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
