Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure health and safety compliance across all areas.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as required.
- Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment effectively to clean surfaces, carpets, and upholstery.
- Conduct outdoor work including trash removal, patio cleaning, and maintaining outdoor spaces to uphold overall property appearance.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture, appliances, or cleaning supplies safely and efficiently.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in residential or commercial settings is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as stripping, sealing, waxing, and carpet cleaning is advantageous.
- Proven ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and sanitation procedures accurately.
- Experience with cleaning equipment including vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and pressure washers.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.
- Outdoor work experience is a plus, demonstrating adaptability to various environments.
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns professionally.
