Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Apartment Cleaner - Move-In/Move-Out Specialist to join our team at [Apartment Agvantage Group. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our apartments are meticulously cleaned and prepared for new tenants moving in or returning to us after moving out. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming living environment are essential to our residents' satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize apartments before new tenants move in, ensuring they are in immaculate condition.
Move-Out Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of apartments after tenants move out, including but not limited to, cleaning appliances, floors, walls, and fixtures.
Maintenance Checks: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or necessary repairs to the maintenance team or property manager.
Supplies Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment when necessary.
Quality Control: Ensure all cleaning tasks meet the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Adherence to Schedule: Complete cleaning tasks within designated time frames to accommodate tenant move-in and move-out schedules.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to create a safe work environment.
Communication: Communicate effectively with the property management team regarding cleaning schedules and apartment status.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
