Client Partner – New Business & Staffing Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Client Partner / Business Development professional with 10 years of experience in IT staffing, professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise solutions sales.
The ideal candidate is a hunter-oriented sales professional with an established network of CIOs, CTOs, CHROs, VPs, Directors, Procurement, HR, and Hiring Managers and a proven track record of opening new enterprise logos and generating revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new-logo acquisition and enterprise business development.
- Leverage existing relationships and networks to generate new opportunities.
- Sell IT staffing, contingent workforce, managed services, technology consulting, Data & AI, SAP, and application/engineering services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
- Build executive-level client relationships and strategic account plans.
- Partner with recruiting, delivery, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Expand existing accounts and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
- Meet new-logo, pipeline, revenue, and gross-margin targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years in IT staffing / professional services / technology sales.
- Proven new business development and new-logo acquisition experience.
- Strong existing enterprise client network.
- Experience selling both staffing and technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the US IT staffing and consulting market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial hunter mentality.
