Wage:
$19-$23/hour plus tip
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and execute Japanese Izakaya menu items
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist inventory and stock control
- Keep kitchen clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of working in the kitchen preferably Japanese cuisine
- Good understanding of cooking techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Valid work authorization required
