Responsibilities of a Realtor with Shimala Group with Compass include: • Setting up and maintaining a portfolio of clients • Showing properties for potential buyers, negotiating terms and closing deals • Conducting market analyses to determine a property’s value • Preparing contracts and paperwork for sale or lease of the property • Staying abreast of existing real estate trends and regulations • Being a strong and honest communicator in all interactions Qualifications: • Proven track record of success in real estate • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations • Strong negotiation skills • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time efficiently • A valid real estate license The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, coaching and incentives.
