Overview:
Shiloh Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Transient Alert Manager to lead aircraft ground support operations at Randolph AFB, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily transient alert activities, managing personnel and resources, and ensuring all services are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with U.S. Air Force standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate with aircrews and base operations while maintaining a high level of operational readiness and customer service.
Transient Alert Manager: The Transient Alert Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating all aspects of transient aircraft support operations at Randolph AFB, TX. This position performs basic Aircraft Services duties and responsibilities as well as oversees staff, equipment, and scheduling to ensure aircraft are serviced promptly and in accordance with established safety, security, and performance standards. The role includes supervising ground handling activities, supporting mission requirements, and ensuring compliance with applicable Air Force regulations and contractual obligations. The manager ensures clear communication and rapid response to mission needs, and is accountable for training, performance management, and continuous process improvement to meet operational excellence and customer satisfaction goals.
Experience/Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years documented experience executing aircraft service duties on military aircraft. Must possess or the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Must have a valid driver’s license and be fluent in English.
Recent and relevant experience handling military aircraft required.
