What are the responsibilities and job description for the Informtaion Technology Account Representative position at Shiloh Service Inc?
We are seeking an individual to provide sales recommendations and maintain pricing for customer base. We provide on-site support, maintenance, wellness checks, and integration of Microsoft Networks and all of the associated components.
Candidates should be versed in Network Technologies, including wired and wireless networking, Server Hardware, Switches, Routers, wireless, backup devices, workstations, Printers, and other hardware. Candidate will be expected to make hardware as well as service recommendations to current client base.
Candidates should be familiar with configuration or Virtualized and Physical servers as well as workstations, Familiarity with Security products such as Spam filters and Virus Protection, VPN's, and Backup Solutions is essential.
Candidate should be familiar with the installation and updating of Microsoft Server OS's, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, TCP-IP, Mail and Office Products, and all versions of Microsoft's Desktop OS's
Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to relate to small business owners.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license, car, and insurance
Compensation based on experience, Includes healthcare, 401k and other benefits

Pay: $50, $65,000.00 per year
