Account Manager – Security Solutions & Managed IT Services

A successful, growing technology integrator specializing in security solutions and managed IT services is seeking a motivated Account Manager to build strong client relationships, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support long-term business growth.

As the primary point of contact for clients, the Account Manager regularly engages with customers to understand their business objectives and align security systems, technology solutions, and managed IT services with their needs. This role conducts client business reviews, identifies opportunities for service improvements and additional solutions, manages renewals, and works closely with technical teams to ensure successful service delivery, resolve concerns, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with exceptional organizational and customer service skills and a customer-first mindset. Candidates should have experience managing professional client relationships, leading client review meetings, and identifying sales opportunities. Working knowledge of security systems and managed IT services, along with related account management or sales experience, is preferred. Strong time management, multitasking, and follow-through are essential.
