Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Ensure Shilo & Vendor privacy is respected and confidential
- Assist in managing the Corporate checking account, including writing checks, making deposits, monitoring overhead reimbursements and coding for General Ledger entry.
- Handle daily inquiries from vendors as well as contacting Vendors & Shilo Properties to ensure accurate coding and approvals.
- Prepare invoices for data entry by assigning vendor codes.
- Routinely perform periodic reviews to ensure that invoices have been processed accurately and paid within their terms.
- Ensure proper and accurate General Ledger coding in support of monthly closings.
