What You’ll Do
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office:
- Create WOW moments for every patient—from newborns to grandparents
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism (you’ll be the first smile they see!)
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and appointment confirmations
- Handle data entry, paperwork, and patient records with accuracy
- Support the doctors and team with daily office flow
- Help make our office a vibrant, family-friendly space
- Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for guests.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
