What you’ll do
- Greet and check in guests with enthusiasm, ensuring a smooth and friendly arrival experience
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and poise
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain the integrity of guest accounts
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, fostering positive guest relations throughout their stay
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality
- Process check-outs efficiently while ensuring all billing is accurate and transparent
- Keep the public area clean and tidy
- Help in laundry
- Any other requested task to help the smooth hotel operation
Basic qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (bilingual or multilingual preferred)
- Computer proficiency
- Positive attitude
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations
- Familiarity with resort environments and guest services best practices
- Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems
