We are seeking a skilled Interpreter to join our team. The ideal Candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication between parties who speak Haitian Creole languages, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all interpretations.
Responsibilities
- Interpret spoken communication from one language to another
- Fluent in haitian creole
- Provide interpretation services in various settings such as medical appointments,
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards of behavior and ethics
- Review and assist with documentation as needed
Skills
- Proficiency in multiple languages with a focus on English and creole.
- Basic Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills to convey messages accurately
- Ability to interpret American Sign Language is a plus
- Must be Professional and Punctual
