What You’ll Do
· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily priorities
· Prepare reports, presentations, and executive communications
· Coordinate travel, expenses, and logistics
· Support Board meetings (materials, minutes, follow-ups)
· Maintain office organization and efficient administrative processes
· Conduct research on industry trends and grant opportunities
· Assist with tenant and landlord coordination
· Manage office supplies, software inventory, and vendors
· Update CRM systems and maintain accurate data
· Handle incoming communications and distribute as needed
· Provide meeting support and respond to internal requests
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
What You Bring
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
· 3 years supporting executives or senior leadership
· Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· High professionalism and discretion
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience
· Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
· Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
