Orthopedic Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key orthopedic surgeons and healthcare professionals
- Cover orthopedic procedures with clinical proficiency and business acumen
- Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed goals
- Manage and track customer activity, report on progress, and identify new growth opportunities
- Plan and coordinate local educational and sales events to support business objectives
- Provide exceptional support before, during, and after surgical cases—including evenings and weekends as needed
- Adhere strictly to Company policies, SOPs, and all applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influence skills
- High-level technical proficiency and clinical knowledge
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and travel up to 95% within territory
