Materials Planner

Educational Background Required:

• Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering (preferred)
• Automotiva OEM Customer Experience (preferred)

Job Content: Essential Functions Required for Job

• Lifecycle management (Phase in/Phase out)
• Engineering Change coordination
• KPI tracking and reporting
• Manual invoicing – (scrap, special needs)
• SAP Key User
• Develop and/or document processes and work instructions
• Maintain training matrix for the department
• Inventory optimization
• Monitor material and finished good coverage and escalate as appropriate
• Lead weekly MRP department meetings (2x)
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely submission of customer surveys 
• Seek and recommend solutions to overcome issues arising to meet production requirements and address operational risks
• Act as back-up for Supply Chain Manager
