We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a part-time evening position in Springfield, MA. This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to be a hands-on partner in total quality patient care.

🕒 Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–8:00 PM EST (20 hours/week)
• Location: Onsite in Springfield, MA
• Evening Premium: Additional $7.50/hr for hours worked after 5:30 PM
• Hourly Pay Range: $21.37–$24.88 (based on experience, skills, and location)
• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000

🌟 What You’ll Do

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you’ll:

• Support patients and pharmacists with medication adherence and therapy check-ins
• Interpret, enter, and label prescriptions
• Prepare medications and supplies for delivery
• Resolve insurance issues and assist with financial support options
• Maintain inventory and manage drug ordering/receiving
• Communicate directly with patients to ensure understanding and compliance
• Participate in process improvement and operational excellence initiatives

🧠 What You Bring

• Certification: Nationally certified (CPhT) and registered with the state of employment
• Experience: Minimum 1 year required; 5 years preferred
• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Skills:
  • Strong phone communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Quick learner with database systems
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
