Parts Clerk Immediate Opening
Shields Business Solutions, Inc. the largest independent ATM, Cash Handling and Armored Transportation Company in NJ and Eastern PA is seeking a full time experienced Parts Clerk to work in their Moorestown location Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare parts requisitions (daily)
- Issue purchase orders and track in-house inventory (backup)
- Request quotes from vendors (backup)
- Track parts received and issued
- Shipping and receiving
- Perform general housekeeping in parts area
- Occasionally pick up and deliver parts
- Ability to be in-house trained on a forklift
Requirements for this role include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Legible handwriting
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Warehouse and Inventory Experience a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience parts clerk
- Proficient in Excel and Windows
- Able to work occasional overtime
- Must pass an extensive background screening including: physical, drug and criminal
