Shield is a payment processor located in Doral, FL. The company allows export businesses to accept digital payments (USDT, USDC, USD) from their international customers. We process over $25 million in monthly volume for some of the largest distributors in Miami and Latin America. And we’ve raised $7 million in venture capital funding from some of the most recognized investors in fintech.
Shield opened an office in Doral, Florida, which is a hub for electronics wholesalers, and is looking to hire a sales rep.
Who We’re Looking For
This is not a generic sales role — we want someone already plugged into the electronics export ecosystem. You should have:
- 3 years selling to or buying from electronics wholesalers/distributors.
- Existing network of exporters in Miami/Doral or Latin America.
- Proven track record closing $10M annual sales quotas in high-ticket industries.
- Strong understanding of B2B international trade flows and payment processes.
This is a contract Sales Rep role located on-site in Doral, FL. Our Sales Rep will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities, managing client accounts, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.

Example Tasks
- Excel/CRM for customers
- Connecting with customers on social media platforms
- Outreach and in person visits. Report detailed feedback and notes after each visit.
- Iterate and improve strategy daily based on feedback while maintaining a continuous feedback loop.
- Establish a weekly cadence for Whatsapp messaging and newsletters. (e.g., 30 WhatsApp messages per day, or 1 newsletter that you add)
- Place referral flyers in stores
