Responsibilities
- Canvassing neighborhoods and executing plans created by our canvas manager.
- Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods that have been identified as neighborhoods with a high need for new roofing.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives to meet with homeowners for a free estimate.
Qualifications
- You should be an energetic person with excellent communication skills who is highly motivated and looking to earn great money!
- Conversation Skills- You must come across as friendly, trustworthy and highly knowledgeable.
- You must know how to talk to anyone, so being a good conversationalist is an essential element of this job.
- Outstanding work ethic
- Must have physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods, meeting and talking to people
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we provide company vehicle)
Compensation
Guaranteed base plus commission based on performance
