Shield Exteriors is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential roofing projects in Garrett, Indiana and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, and up to company quality standards from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple roofing projects from scheduling through completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, deliveries, and project timelines
- Pull permits and ensure projects meet applicable building requirements
- Perform jobsite and quality-control inspections
- Communicate with homeowners, crews, and management
- Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain safety, workmanship, and customer-service standards
Requirements
- Roofing or residential construction management experience
- Strong knowledge of roofing installation and construction
- Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
