At Shield and Buckler Security, Inc. our mission is to provide a product that ensures our client's security with personnel highly trained in proficiency, integrity and customer service.
Our security firm is seeking a Security Officer to work at a local hospital and assist with providing security.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a security presence for the purpose of assisting in the protection of hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Patrol designated security areas.
- Provide security services such as escorts, authorized entry, temporary ID, motorist assist, lock/unlock buildings, within the perimeter of security.
- Investigate and follow up on incidents.
- Complete comprehensive written reports and activity logs.
- Maintain established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, objectives, and quality assurance programs.
- Uphold hospital values and safety standards.
- Maintain professional growth and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Military, law enforcement and security experience a plus.
Uniforms, equipment and contract specific training are provided. Armed License State fee paid by employer.
Hourly Pay $15.00.
Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a State of TN Armed Security Guard License.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to complete comprehensive reports and logs.
- Shift times vary (1st, 2nd, 3rd).
