Service Sales Representative at AGM
The Service Sales & Project Manager is responsible for driving service-related sales while overseeing the full lifecycle of service projects, from initial customer engagement through execution and completion. This position plays an integral role in ensuring alignment with company goals, timely delivery, and profitability.
The Service Sales & Project Manager oversees service projects from start to finish, ensuring successful execution and completion while supporting the growth of service-related sales.
Role Expectations and Competencies
- Generate service sales, maintain customer relationships, identify customer needs, and develop effective solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining profit margins, and track and report sales activity and trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and attend meetings, conferences, and seminars to support business development efforts.
- Plan, execute, and complete projects from initial customer engagement through project closeout.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate teams, provide direction, monitor progress, communicate updates, and implement changes necessary to achieve project outcomes.
- Prepare project reports and monthly billing information to support project performance and profitability.
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, cut sheets, and identify applicable specifications for the scope of work.
- Create material lists, determine glass sizes, review hardware cut sheets, and ensure materials are prepared prior to production.
- Apply technical knowledge of glazing systems and understand the fabrication of curtainwall, storefront, and entrance systems.
- Demonstrate sales and project management expertise, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
