Graphic Design / Production / Retail Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
* Create and produce visual materials to support sales, marketing, and in-store displays using Adobe Creative Suite.
* Assist customers in-store, provide product recommendations, upselling/cross selling and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
* Manage multiple design and production projects simultaneously with accuracy and on-time delivery.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and store teams to translate ideas into effective visuals and retail collateral.
* Maintain organized files, version control, and high attention to detail in all tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Graphic Design & Production: Create marketing collateral, signage, digital assets, and print-ready files using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
* Retail Consultation: Engage customers, understand needs, recommend products, and support store merchandising.
* Project Coordination: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure quality from concept to final output.
* File & Asset Management: Maintain organized asset libraries, version history, and naming conventions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 2 years of professional design, production, or retail experience (retail in-store experience a plus).
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.
* Strong organizational skills, high accuracy, and the ability to multitask in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; team-player attitude.
* Availability to work full-time Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays required.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results under deadlines.

Entry Level Designers are welcome to apply

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with digital production workflows (bleed, trim, color management, proofs).
Experience with print vendors, signage production, or in-store merchandising.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or digital asset management (DAM) systems is a plus.
