The HR Generalist plays a critical role on the Industrial Wood (IW) HR team and is based at our Global Headquarters in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you’ll provide day to day HR support to employees and leaders at our Cleveland Campus and to our field teams across the US, Canada and Mexico. This is a hands on, high visibility role that delivers foundational HR support across multiple functions and job families—including Sales, Finance, Marketing, R&D, and Technical Services.
