The Role
We’re hiring a Digital Media Planner/Buyer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who can both develop smart, performance-driven media plans and bring them to life across platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping campaigns across CTV/OTT, paid search, social, display, and emerging channels, while continuously optimizing for performance.
You’ll execute campaigns, own outcomes, drive insights, and influence strategy.
What You’ll Do:
Plan & Strategize
• Partner with Client Services to develop integrated, performance-focused media strategies
• Translate campaign goals into thoughtful, data-driven media plans
• Collaborate with Media Leadership to refine direction and identify the most effective channel mix
Activate & Optimize
• Execute and manage campaigns across CTV/OTT, paid search, social, programmatic display, video, and audio
• Own campaign pacing, performance, and optimizations in real time
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and results through ongoing adjustments
Drive Insights
• Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations
• Deliver reporting that highlights what’s working, what’s next, and why it matters
• Continuously test and learn to improve campaign outcomes
Collaborate & Deliver
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless campaign execution, from creative specs to trafficking
• Partner with internal teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations
• Support financial accuracy through invoice coordination and approvals
What You Bring:
Experience
• 3–5 years in digital media planning and buying at an agency
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
o Google Ads
o Meta Business Manager
o LinkedIn Campaign Manager
o YouTube, TikTok, Snap, X (Twitter)
o Programmatic platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk)

• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Work Environment & Flexibility
• This role combines the energy of in-person collaboration with focused work time
• Team members are in-office at least three days per week, enabling real-time collaboration, faster decision-making, and stronger team connection
• Our in-office time is intentional, focused on idea development, campaign planning, collaborative analysis, insight identification, and shared momentum
• The remaining days provide flexibility for remote work, with seamless collaboration via Microsoft Teams and digital tools (e.g., Monday.com)

Additional Details
• Salary: $60,000 – $80,000, depending on experience
• Candidates will complete a writing and math aptitude assessment during the interview process
