What are the responsibilities and job description for the Media Buyer position at Hitch?
We're hiring a Junior Media Buyer in Austin. In-person, in our East Austin HQ.
Hitch is a creative and media company building growth systems for ambitious DTC and CPG brands — production, creative, and paid media under one roof. Our media team has scaled supplement, beauty, beverage, apparel, and personal care brands from six figures to eight in monthly spend, launched CPG SKUs into top Amazon ranks, and built the engine behind multiple $40M ARR DTC brands.
Now we need another operator on the desk.
You'll run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. Real budgets, real DTC and CPG accounts, real ownership from week one. You'll sit next to senior buyers, strategists, and our in-house production team — which means the creative-to-media loop happens in days, not quarters.
What we're looking for:
– 1–3 years in paid media, performance marketing, or growth
– Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience (Google / TikTok / Snapchat a plus)
– DTC e-commerce experience required
– CPG experience (food, bev, beauty, personal care, supplements) is a major plus
– Fluency in ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, and contribution margin
– Sharp, fast, accountable. You make decisions with the data you have.
This role is in-person, five days a week, at our East Austin office. 3-5 minutes from downtown. We're building something that requires people in the room.
