What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction (Crawl Space) Crew Member/Crew Leader position at Sherrill Structural Repair, LLC?

We are a construction company specializing in crawl space and foundation repair, looking to hire a crew member and/ or crew leader to join our team.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has carpentry and masonry skills (woodworking)
*Has a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (we use company trucks to get to and from the job sites)
*CAN READ A MEASURING TAPE
*Is not afraid of small, dark spaces (remember, we work in crawl spaces!)
*Is honest, hard-working and reliable.
Shifts are 7am-5pm, Monday through Thursday. FRIDAYS OFF.
We have most paid holidays off, paid vacation after 90 days and offer raises annually when you put in the effort and do a good job. We need someone who wants to be here and wants to grow with us as our company expands.
NO BAD ATTITUDES, DRUG ADDICTS, PILL HEADS, OR ALCHOHOLICS NEED APPLY. We can overlook an imperfect past, but will not tolerate a continuously destructive present.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and participate in crawl space repair projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret engineer and inspection reports to guide construction activities.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets industry standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
