The Queening Crew is a growing premium residential cleaning company serving Sherrills Ford, Lake Norman, Charlotte and surrounding communities. We are looking for dependable, professional and detail-oriented residential cleaners to join our team.
Our company provides routine cleaning, detailed cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, guest-ready cleaning and customized cleaning services. Cleaners may work independently or as part of a two-person team, depending on the size and requirements of each appointment.
Responsibilities
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and common living areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and sanitize assigned surfaces
- Complete detailed tasks based on the customer’s selected service
- Follow The Queening Crew’s service-specific cleaning checklists
- Perform a final quality-control walkthrough
- Take completion photos when required
- Report damages, heavy buildup or customer concerns immediately
- Arrive on time and communicate promptly about delays
- Treat every customer’s home, belongings and privacy with care
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
Requirements
- Professional residential cleaning experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone with dependable service
- Own reliable residential cleaning supplies and equipment
- Willingness to use products that meet our approved cleaning and safety standards
- General liability insurance or willingness to obtain it before starting
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working independently or with another cleaner
- Able to lift approximately 30 pounds
- Able to stand, bend, kneel and perform physical cleaning duties for several hours
Schedule and Pay
This is a part-time independent contractor opportunity paying $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience, reliability and performance.
Appointments are primarily scheduled during weekday daytime hours. Occasional weekend opportunities may also be available. Contractors provide their availability in advance, and cleaning opportunities are offered based on customer demand, availability and service location. Hours are not guaranteed.
