Residential Cleaning — Part-Time

Grime Stoppers 24/7 is looking for a reliable, hardworking, detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing residential cleaning team.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, is dependable, works efficiently, and can eventually handle residential cleaning jobs independently and confidently.

We already have an established client base. You will begin with existing recurring residential clients, with the opportunity for additional hours as our residential division grows.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes according to Grime Stoppers 24/7 standards
• Complete recurring maintenance cleans and occasional deep cleans
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors and common areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize surfaces
• Follow company cleaning checklists and instructions
• Pay close attention to details and areas that are commonly overlooked
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality
• Communicate professionally with clients and the Grime Stoppers team
• Report damages, maintenance concerns or unusual situations immediately
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing Grime Stoppers 24/7
• Work independently once properly trained

• Has previous residential or professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Has reliable transportation and can consistently travel to client homes

• Is comfortable receiving feedback and making corrections
• Is honest and trustworthy
• Takes pride in doing a job correctly
• Understands that clients are trusting us inside their homes
• Has professional communication and customer-service skills
• Is willing to learn our specific cleaning process

• Frequently cancel or arrive late to scheduled jobs
• Need constant supervision to stay on task
• Are unwilling to follow a company checklist or cleaning standards
• Rush through homes at the expense of quality
• Have difficulty accepting constructive feedback

Schedule

Part-time to start

Our current residential schedule consists primarily of recurring biweekly and monthly clients, with additional hours available as the company grows.

Weekday daytime availability is strongly preferred.

We are looking for someone who can provide consistent availability, not someone who is only available sporadically.

Compensation

Starting pay: $18/hour

Opportunities for additional hours are available as the residential client base grows.

Paid training is provided.
