- Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Support Specialist to provide critical support across document creation, editing, and day-to-day administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality written materials, and can confidently juggle multiple priorities at once.
- Edit, proofread, and format a wide range of professional documents including reports, proposals, presentations, and internal communications
- Assist with drafting and refining written content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in tone and style
- Manage and prioritize multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Provide general administrative support including scheduling, coordination, and document management
- Support ad hoc projects as needed, often requiring flexibility and quick turnaround
- Maintain organization of digital files and documentation to ensure accessibility and version control
- Collaborate with team members across the organization to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, executive support, or professional services environment
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and remain organized in a deadline-driven setting
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with document management tools is a plus
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Experience supporting consultants, attorneys, accountants, or other professional services teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting workloads

About Our Process
- Must be a full-time employee (30 weekly hours/ 130 hours per month) to be eligible
- Medical plan offered is BCBSNC Blue Options PPO
- Premiums will be pre-taxed
- Sherpa pays a portion of the Employee only premium for medical
- 90 day waiting period from date of hire
