The Role: Production Team Member
We are looking for a high-caliber individual to join our production crew in Berthoud, CO. As a growing brand, we are looking for team members who aren't just looking for a job, but a place to build a career and a community.
What You’ll Do
- Master the Machines: Process cut parts using a variety of specialized machinery.
- Keep Us Moving: Receive and process incoming metal shipments; organize stock and maintain an accurate inventory.
- Quality First: Inspect every product for quality—because our customers rely on us when they’re miles from civilization.
- Shop Stewardship: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to optimize production flow.

- You Thrive on Innovation: You like working together to create new processes and improve the way things are built.
- You’re High-Energy: You’re ready for a fast-paced environment and a Monday–Thursday schedule (7AM–6PM).
- You’re Physically Ready: You can comfortably lift and move 70 lbs.
- You Have the Right Mindset: No experience is necessary (though Press Brake experience is a plus!). We believe in training the right person who fits our culture.
