As Store Manager, you will:
- Motivate: Set the tone for a high-energy, positive, and results-focused team.
- Drive Sales Performance: Implement effective strategies and motivate the team to achieve their goals
- Create a Remarkable Store Experience:
- Ensure adequate staffing and training to take care of every guest as they expect.
- Drive full execution of the sales process.
- Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, and organized showroom.
- Oversee all administrative and customer service functions.
- Ensure Core Expectations Are Upheld: Ensure your team, especially Area/Assistant Managers and Leads, are fully engaged in adhering to Core Expectations across all roles, providing consistent coaching and feedback.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Operations and Merchandising departments to optimize product availability and store operations.
- Oversee Store Operations: Manage inventory, merchandising, and maintenance.
- Consistently high team morale and energy.
- Exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
- Consistent execution of the sales process.
- High standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Effective implementation of Core Expectations across the team.
- Achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators.
- 2-3 years previous experience in retail management
- Exceptional leadership and training skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
