What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Investigator (Research and Analytical Intelligence) position at Sherlock Investigations?
Job Description
As a Lead Investigator at Sherlock Investigations, you'll conduct complex case work for law firms, insurance carriers, corporations, and private companies across the country. Unlike many investigative positions, you'll combine multiple investigative disciplines instead of performing the same task every day. If you're naturally curious, enjoy solving puzzles, and like finding answers others overlook, you'll fit right in.
You'll be asked to conduct open and closed source data gathering to obtain pertinent information to match client’s needs or project goals. This will include conducting public record searches along with commercial database research and accurate reporting of information. Your success in this position will depend highly on your ability to conduct independent open-source research and your familiarity with and ability to navigate different public record software platforms efficiently.
Our strongest investigators are analytical thinkers who enjoy research, problem-solving, and uncovering facts. We hire investigators who ask one more question, search one more record, and look one step further than everyone else.
