Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across inpatient outpatient and swing bed settings This role offers a diverse caseload and strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
Schedule
- Full-time Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Possible weekend coverage as needed
What You Will Do
- Provide physical therapy services across inpatient outpatient and swing bed settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients and families and support discharge planning
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team
- Document care accurately and timely
What We Are Looking For
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
- CPR Certification
- The candidate must be a team player and flexible with scheduling
- One year of experience in short term Rehab and/or Outpatient Therapy is desired.
- Good communication skills required, both verbal and written form
- Organizational skills with an attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willing to help other department
