What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant (Front Desk Check-In) position at Sheridan Chiropractic Inc?
If you are energetic, friendly, self-motivated and above all a team player, then our fast paced chiropractic office is searching for you! Our office is based in Menifee, CA and we have been serving the community for over 30 years. At this time, we are hoping to find someone who can:
- Read/Write/Speak English & Spanish
- Be effective in communicating on the phone as well as in person
- Have basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook
- Multi-task
- Be willing to learn, evolve and grow within the office
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and processing patient check-ins (answer patient questions accordingly, give appropriate answers and help; reschedule/schedule new patients over the phone, answer questions about insurance/costs, care, and treatment; take ID’s and make copies, assist patients with signing in through the kiosks, and hand out paperwork)
- Answering phone calls and routing them accordingly
- Clerical tasks such as faxing, printing, scanning, filing and data entry
- Checking the front desk email and routing emails or answering them as needed
- Perform any other clerical tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
